You may download, install and use our Free Software and Free Trials on any number of devices.
Purchased products are licensed for use on a single system. We do not provide licenses for alternate or backup systems. However, in the event of an emergency or if your primary system is down, you can utilize our 15-day free trial on a new system and request to transfer your existing license.
We permit the use of a Virtual Private Server (VPS) for running our software; however, the VPS can only be used for your own personal use and sharing or granting access to others is not allowed. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that any breach of this condition could lead to the immediate termination of service.

You may not:
- Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Software or Materials, except as permitted by applicable law which cannot be excluded by contract.
