RTH Session Template Settings

This menu may be present on various indicators. It is used to select the appropriate NinjaTrader Trading Hours template to calculate the start and end times for Regular Trading Hours (RTH) session for the given instrument that are needed for various required calculations.

Several preset values are available for popular markets and instruments and can be selected from the drop down menu. The preset value names include the exact name of the NinjaTrader Trading Hours template used by the indicator as well as the RTH start time for your reference.

  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Copper
  • Crude Oil
  • Bonds

 

If you can’t find your desired setting in any of the preset values, you may choose from one of two options.

Custom Trading Hours: Selecting this option will open an additional input menu where you can choose any existing Trading Hours template from the list available on our platform.

Custom Session: Selecting this option will activate input fields for setting the Session Start Time and End Time manually. These times are in the Time zone of your platform as configured in Tools > Options > General > Time zone.
