Request license for purchased products

After placing your order, please submit your platform’s Machine ID using this form to activate your license for the purchased product(s). You can find your Machine ID by navigating to Help > About in NinjaTrader’s Control Center. Copy and paste your Machine ID into the designated field below, then click Submit Request.

To prevent any delays in activating your license, please ensure the email address on this form matches your purchase email and that you’ve entered the correct Machine ID.

Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. Typically, we enable licenses much sooner. If you don’t receive an email from us, check your email spam folder. If you still haven’t heard back within 2 business days, please notify us.
