No refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all purchases, including longer term subscriptions for which no full or partial refunds will be provided.
We offer a very generous 15-day free trial for all our premium products and indicators to allow traders to try our tools before buying them. We encourage you to take advantage of this free trial to evaluate if the tools do what you need and that they are worth your investment. We strongly believe that our tools offer great value and are very competitively priced for the amount of value and functionality they offer. We also offer extensive User Guides that explain in detail all the functionality available in each indicator to help you explore the vast range of functionality available.
If you need more time to evaluate the tools, please contact us. We will accommodate reasonable requests to extend free trials.
However, once an order is placed to purchase a product, we will not accept any requests for refunds.
You will have the option to cancel future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for already placed orders.
